How much will you charge me for shipping?

We’re pleased to offer Free Shipping for all orders over $199 with USPS. For orders $199 or less, shipping rates are calculated in real time upon check out.

 

Do you ship to my country?

We offer shipping to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington DC.

For non-contiguous states or for international orders, please email us for a shipping quote, at order@kiddodepot.com

 

What happens after I place my order?

  • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 
  • As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
  • If your item(s) are available for shipment (within 5 business days max.), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • We always ship from our inventory in the United States.
  • If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will ship within 5 business days max.
  • Transit time in the United States are between  3 - 5 business days.

 

How can I track my order?

If your order is in stock and we processed the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. 

We will send you tracking information, within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you did not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at order@kiddodepot.com
