How can I report damaged or defective items?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you noticed any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please email us at returns@kiddodepot.com , with order details and photos of damaged items, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

What is your return policy?

All our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer. Also, all shipments are insured to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. However, are you not happy with what you received?! No problem! You may return your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving shipment..

If you want to return the item without any quality issue, you’ll need to bear the return shipping fees. We will cover the return fees for return requests regarding quality issues.

 

How can I return item(s)?

Before returning a product, contact our customer service team. We will email you a Return Authorization. You can contact us at:

The product should be packed in its original packaging and include the original receipt of the purchase. Return will be approved, and refund executed, only if the item is returned in unused, brand new, damaged free & original condition (not applicable for defective products).

 

Can I return a custom order?

Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are made per your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.

 

When do I get my refund after I return the item(s)?

Upon receiving your return, your item(s) will be inspected. After inspection is completed, exchanges, credits and/or refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 – 7 business days. Once your return is processed, we will email you with your refund details.

 

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment that you used when placing your order.
