1. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for items that are new, unused, and in their original condition. Products that have been used, ridden, powered on, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

2. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@kiddodepot.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically completed within 7 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 4 days of delivery
